TRIAD is led by Arch. Edgar Waru, as the Principal and Project Coordinator of the firm. Mr. E. Waru has over 13 years of professional experience and has worked in various projects across Tanzania while employed in the private and government corporations. Similarly, other members of our professional and technical staff have professional experience of between 5 and 25 years in various fields and have acquired vast knowledge and understanding of local conditions, customs and environment.
In association with Tanzanian and International firms of Consulting Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Economists and other Specialists, TRIAD has provided professional construction services to many International, public and private organizations.
